ScoutSignal provides recruiting organization tools, onboarding resources, early product access, and support for baseball athletes and families navigating the college recruiting process.

ScoutSignal is an evolving platform. Founding family access includes early access to beta products, onboarding workflows, and future platform development updates.

2. Founding Family Access

Founding family purchases are a one-time payment for early access membership and associated onboarding benefits.

Feature availability may evolve over time as the platform develops.

ScoutSignal does not guarantee college recruitment outcomes, scholarship offers, roster placement, or athletic opportunities.

3. Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided onboarding services have not materially begun.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when completing forms, onboarding materials, or payment details.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All ScoutSignal branding, materials, workflows, and platform content remain the property of ScoutSignal unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScoutSignal is provided as-is during its early development stage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated as ScoutSignal evolves.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
